Most parents book a regular slot right after the first trial. Spots are limited, so we recommend booking early.
Sessions take place live over a secure video platform — your child simply needs a device and internet connection. Online tutoring is just as effective as in-person for most students, and many kids actually feel more comfortable learning from their own home. At MiPal we use interactive tools, games, and visual activities to keep young learners engaged throughout every session. Our play-based approach was designed specifically to hold a child's attention online.
Since all MiPal sessions are 100% online, we serve students across the entire Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Vaughan, Markham, and beyond. As long as your child has a device and a reliable internet connection, location is never a barrier to quality tutoring.
We offer sessions Monday to Friday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Weekend slots on Saturdays are especially popular for families with busy weekday schedules. We are closed on Sundays. To secure a time that works for your family, we recommend booking your free trial as soon as possible since spots fill quickly.
Absolutely. Every MiPal lesson is built around the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum for English language arts. This means your child is not just improving general skills they are directly strengthening the exact areas assessed at school, including EQAO preparation for Grades 3 and 6.
